As an employer posting jobs on our platform, you agree to provide clear and accurate task descriptions, approve or reject work submissions within the specified timeframe, maintain sufficient balance to pay workers for completed tasks, and not post misleading, illegal, or fraudulent tasks.
As a worker performing tasks on our platform, you agree to complete tasks honestly and according to the instructions provided, submit genuine proof of completed work, not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to complete tasks, and not submit fake, altered, or duplicate proofs of work.
All payments on our platform are processed in US Dollars. Deposit and withdrawal requests are subject to review and approval by our team. We reserve the right to reject any transaction that appears suspicious, fraudulent, or in violation of our terms.
We charge service fees for certain transactions including job posting fees, withdrawal processing fees, and premium service charges. All applicable fees will be clearly displayed before you confirm any transaction on our platform.
Any attempt to defraud, deceive, or manipulate the platform, other users, or our systems will result in immediate account termination, permanent banning, and forfeiture of all account balances. We actively monitor all platform activities using automated fraud detection systems.
Users found violating our terms will face penalties including account suspension or permanent banning, forfeiture of pending and current earnings, removal of all posted jobs and submitted works, and being blocked from creating future accounts on our platform.
All content on KillerJobWork including text, graphics, logos, images, and software is our exclusive property and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content without our prior written consent.
We provide our platform on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of our services. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
